  • Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on executive’s behalf
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents, and reports
  • Track and organize contracts, due dates, and renewal windows
  • Perform minor accounting and bookkeeping duties
  • Ability to perform account management and customer service functions, escalating issues to the proper teams as appropriate
  • Organize meetings and coordinate schedules while prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Coordinate and book travel plans, both domestic and international, including flights, transportation, reservations, and itineraries
  • Answer incoming calls in a polite and professional manner with accurate note taking and call routing
  • Utilize various software platforms to prepare presentations, documents, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Ability to act as gatekeeper and escalate relevant information to executives as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or 6 years of successful experience)
  • 3+ years of administrative assistant experience
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask with attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Hospital/Healthcare experience preferred
  • Ability to deal with difficult situations in a positive manner
  • Proven ability to be proactive
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a detail focused, results oriented environment
  • Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion
  • Strong customer service experience

Strong computer proficiencies in the following:

  • MS Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Calendar and meeting coordination (G-Suite)
  • Virtual meeting platforms (Zoom)
  • Communication platforms (WhatsApp, Slack)
  • PDF manipulation and organization
  • CRM management experience preferred (HubSpot)
