Drawing from the roles of Data Engineer, Data Scientist, and Data Analyst, DignifiHealth is in search of a highly analytical and highly detailed life-long technical learner who desires the ability to design and build data infrastructure and pipelines leading to efficient scale of a fast-moving organization. From data extraction of all types, to modeling, wrangling, injecting, analyzing, visualizing, sharing, and more, this role will add value in all things data related.  Work alongside product, design, implementation, and other teams to drive high visibility projects throughout the organization.

  • Work in multiple database systems and setups to identify, map, and assemble large data sets of structured and unstructured data
  • Build ETL pipelines to ensure consistent and clean data loads
  • Design and implement processes for greater scalability, optimized delivery, and automated workflows
  • Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
  • Build graphs, infographics, and other visualizations to translate data for stakeholders
  • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of data operations
  • Work alongside data, design, product, sales, and implementation teams, assisting with data-related and technical issues
  • Prototype and design automated extraction from multiple data sources including web downloads, web scraping, SFTP integrations, API integrations, and others
  • Translate technical matters into novice understanding for communication to stakeholders
  • Problem solve against data sets, designing algorithms and machine learning models for desired classification and predictive analytic outcomes
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field, or 10+ years demonstrated experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience
  • Life-long learner, staying up to date on latest applicable technologies
  • Ability to deal with difficult situations in a positive manner
  • Proven ability to be proactive
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a detail focused, results oriented environment
  • Skilled in problem solving techniques
  • Looking to work as part of a team
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Excellent attention to detail

Proficiency in the following technical abilities

  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred
  • SQL queries and database management
  • Data visualization platforms and methods
  • Mathematic and statistical evaluation methods
  • Understanding of ETL methods and techniques
  • Python (preferred) or other programming languages
  • Proficiency with APIs and Postman workflows
