  • Coordinate all resources for flawless execution of client projects and platform roll out
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
  • Ensure resource identification, availability, and allocation
  • Track project timelines and performance, working with client on short and long term goals and priorities
  • Establish and maintain customer service and relations
  • Communication and follow up of service issues with resolution in a timely manner
  • Review reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to identify and monitor sales/implementation progress at the individual account level
  • Perform account level collaborative business reviews
  • Collaborate with customer service and sales administration
  • Collaborate with product team to relay customer feedback and shape product feature roadmap and enhancements
  • Manage pricing and service-related activities
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships
  • Identify new account and new business opportunities
  • Utilize CRM programs to maintain communication with company leadership
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or 5 years of successful account management experience)
  • 1-4 years of account or project management experience
  • Ability to travel (expected less than 25%)
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Lean or Six Sigma process improvement experience preferred
  • Hospital/Healthcare experience preferred
  • Ability to deal with difficult situations in a positive manner
  • Proven ability to manage full life cycle projects and bring projects in on time
  • Proven ability to be proactive
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a detail focused, results oriented environment
  • Skilled in problem solving techniques
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Looking to work as part of a team
  • Interested in advancement opportunities
  • Strong customer service experience

The following computer proficiencies are required:

  • MS Excel (Intermediate/Expert)
  • MS Word (Intermediate/Expert)
  • Power Point (intermediate/Expert)
  • CRM management experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Trello, etc.)
